How we choose to receive and respond to energy determines how we embrace the gift of life and allow it to emit through physical form on this twisting kaleidoscope of experience.
Where attention goes, energy flows. The way we think, feel, and act can shift the world depending on the energy behind it. Science shows us that everything is made up of energy, constantly flowing and changing form. Quantum physics tells us that everything vibrates, everything is energy, and even our thoughts are filled with potent frequency.
We are part of a universal consciousness, sending out cosmic waves that contribute to the cocreation of the Universe as they ripple through space and time. We are all ONE energy, an ocean of vibration. As part of creation itself, when we change our thoughts and feelings, the inner world shifts... and so too does our energy, our choices and our actions. We are the microcosm. The Universe, the macrocosm.
Through my decade of consulting, I’ve found that the road to radiant living is not linear and it’s certainly not one-size-fits-all.
